We do not offer for sale any product that is not designed and manufactured to our exacting standards. We only source seating from the top British and European manufacturers - Beware of cheap imitations.

We have a virtual showroom rather than brochures, which keeps our costs as low as possible, saves trees and saves our customers money ! However, if you require more detailed information about our products please email us and we will forward a reply by email, post or telephone within 24 hours.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of the Silvercut Showrooms, where you will see the price with & without VAT, the specification and also an image which can be enlarged if required.
Select the quantity you require then move to our "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details. Unlike many stores we do not hold any of our customers bank details on our site so as to ensure that your security is maintained.
SBSi Ltd accept debit and credit card payment, as well as cheque in advance of despatch for UK customers.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 1-5 working days, depending upon product, quantity ordered and manufacturer. Details of normal despatch times are listed against each model in the shopping section of our store. If you require a product urgently please email us for availability stating which product code and quantity.

Please note that Delivery lead times shown on our website are given as a guide and are not guaranteed - there are periods during the year when our manufacturers are more busy and this increases the delivery lead times. For up to date delivery times please email us from our website for details.

Back Orders In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal schedule (usually no more than 10 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, choose an alternative or cancel.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. (applies only to a purchase of a standard shredder as illustrated in our store - if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one shredder first to check it out)
Contact us within 7 days of receipt - All we ask is that the shredder is returned to us in mint condition and original packaging at your cost - manufacturers restocking fees will also be charged at the customer expense.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement part or machine will be sent right away - please e-mail for a Returns address. No goods accepted without this authorisation.
